● On May 9, 2008, Dongguan BORUNTE Automation Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established by Dongguan Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau.
● On October 8, 2013, the company's name was officially changed to Guangdong BORUNTE Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.
● On January 24, 2014, Guangdong BORUNTE Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd was officially listed on the "New Third Board".
● On November 28, 2014, BORUNTE Institute of Robotics and BORUNTE Institute of Intelligent Equipment of Guangdong Baiyun University was officially inaugurated.
● On December 12, 2015, Mr. Zhou Ji, President of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and others visited BORUNTE for an in-depth investigation.
