Its upper and lower sections, as well as the drawing portion, screwing out, and screwing in, are all powered by air pressure, which has a high speed and efficiency. The product is ideal for removing the finished product and nozzle from a horizontal injection molding machine ranging from 600T to 1300T. It's ideal for extracting medium-sized injection molding products including coil winding tubes, integrated circuit shells, capacitor shells, transformer shells, TV accessories like tuners, switches, and timer shells, as well as other soft rubber parts.
Operation Mode:
The manipulator has three operating modes: manual, stop, and auto. Turn the state switch to the left to enter Manual mode, and the operator can operate the manipulator manually; turn the state switch to the middle to enter Stop mode, and the manipulator will halt all operations except the origin reset and parameter setting; and turn the state switch to the right and press the "Start" button once to enter Auto mode.
Program Home Point of large type injection moulding manipulator:
The home point display corresponds to the axis definition option; that is, the number of home points corresponding to the axis selected equals the number of axes. If the number of home points differs from the number or type of axis specified in the axis specification, an error message "Invalid position of standby point" is presented. It is now necessary to produce a new mold number or select the correct axis definition. The home point program can be modified but not deleted.
