Reason: When closing the manipulator, pull the manipulator with your hand, causing the manipulator to shake.

Analysis: The bolt on the joint of the manipulator is loosened due to overload and impact.

Solve: Check whether the bolts of all parts are loose, including motor bolts, reducer bolts and connecting bolts. If so, tighten them.

 

2. Air pressure is insufficient

Reason: The negative pressure switch indicates insufficient pressure.

Analysis: Check the air pressure of the main air source and whether the air pipe is worn and leaking, or folded.

 

Solve: Adjust the pressure of the main air source and check the phenomenon of tube breaking.

Reasons : Rotate in limit signal and rotate out limit signal are both on.

How to solve it? :

1. Check rotate in/out limit signal.

2. Check connections in IO board.
