Huge size general robotic arm is a six-axis robot that developed by BORUNTE for some monotonous, frequent and repetitive long-term operations or operations in dangerous and harsh environments. The maximum arm length is 2550mm. The maximum load is 50KG. It has six degrees of flexibility. Suitable for loading and unloading, assembling, molding, stacking etc.

The protection grade reaches IP54 at the wrist and IP40 at the body. 

The repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.1mm.

General layout of huge size general robotic arm:

1. BRTIRUS2550A adopts a six axis joint robot structure, and six servo motors drive the rotation of the six joint axes through a reducer. It has six degrees of freedom, namely rotation (X), lower arm (Y), upper arm (Z), wrist rotation (U), wrist swing (V), and wrist rotation (W).

2. BRTIRUS2550A body joint is made of cast aluminum or cast iron, ensuring the high strength, speed, accuracy, and stability of the robot.

Working conditions of BRTIRUS2550A:

1. Power supply: 380V±10% 50HZ±1%

2. Operating temperature: 0℃ ~ 40℃

3. Optimal environmental temperature: 15℃ ~ 25℃
