This manipulator is driven by a three-axis AC servo motor, which has precise positioning and is very smooth to use. Product feature and application

 

This product is suitable for 250T-480T horizontal injection molding machines' finished products and water outlet to take out; It is especially suitable for small injection moulding objects such as cosmetics, drinks, food, sanitary ware, medical appliances and other products of various packaging objects.

Lifting attitude of sling rope

Lifting posture: crane or crane should be used when handling the manipulator. Before lifting, you need to use the hanging rope to wear the manipulator firmly and control the balance distance. In order to lift the manipulator smoothly, and carry out handling operations.

Tie the hanging rope from the base side, near the side of the electric box, and put the hanging rope into the hoist hole cut in the inner side of the horizontal chain. Tie the hanging hook to form a triangular balance state. Slowly loosen the base hole screw and control the balance of the hending rope. When the machine is not stable, tighten the base screw and re-adjust the balance of the hending rope. You can fine-tune it repeatedly until the machine can be lifted in balance.

In the process of crane, the operator should wear safety helmet, standardize the operation, and pay attention to safety. In the process of operation, the machine should be pushed away from pedestrians in time to avoid passing over the head of pedestrians.
