Product feature and application

The product is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine ranges of 360T-700T for take-out products and sprue. Especially suitable for injection molding industry such as transparent table, tea table, name card box, crystal lamp, crystal ball, picture frame, jewelry box and other injection mold removal.

 

Specific inspection operation of each part of manipulator

1) Double point combination maintenance

A. Check whether there is water or oil in the water cup and discharge it in time.

B. Check whether the double electric combination pressure indicator is normal

C. Timing drainage of air compressor

 

2) Check jigs and fuselage fixing screws

A. Check whether the fixing screws of the fixture connecting block and the fuselage screws are loose

B. Check whether the fixing screws of the fixture cylinder are loose

C. Check whether the fixing screw between the fixture and the fuselage is loose

 

3) Synchronization belt inspection

A. Check whether the surface of the synchronous belt is good and whether the tooth shape is worn.

B. Check whether the belt is loose in operation. With the help of a tensioning instrument, the loose belt needs to be tensioned again
