Safety precautions for adjustment, operation and maintenance

 

① Sometimes, repair, maintenance and other operations must be carried out under the power on state. At this time, the operation should be carried out in groups of 2 people. One person will keep the manipulator in the stop state, and the colleague will press the emergency stop button, while the other person will be within the action range of the manipulator, so it is necessary to keep alert and carry out the operation quickly. In addition, it can be safely evacuated in case of emergency.

② The load of the manipulator must be controlled within the allowable load range. Failure to comply with the allowable handling weight will lead to abnormal action or premature damage of mechanical components.

③ It is forbidden to disassemble and operate the parts not covered in the maintenance manual.
