Specific inspection operation of each part of manipulator
1) Fixture function confirmation
A. Whether the suction cup is damaged or dirty
B. Whether the air pipe is damaged, loose or leaking
C. Whether the holding device is deviated or loose. Is the holding plate deformed or damaged
2) Check whether the machine parts are loose
A, Whether the side posture group is loose
B, Whether the fixing screw is loose

3) Maintenance of guide rod and bearing lubrication
A. Clean the guide rod, remove dust and rust
B. Apply the lubricating oil evenly on the guide rod with a brush, so that the lubricating oil is not easy to accumulate
