Product feature and application

This product is suitable for 470T-800T horizontal injection molding machine's finished products and water outlet to take out. Especially suitable for gear, pump impeller, bearing, handle, pipe, motor shell, electronic parts, clock shell, water tank shell, refrigerator shell and other injection molded parts.

 

Manipulator receiving posture

Receiving posture: BRTNN15WSS4PF machine, push forward arm and close the arm against arch side. Push the transverse part so that the distance between the origin sensor and the end face of arch incision is about 70-80cm. The limit block is locked at both ends of the arch surface to prevent the pull-out and arm sliding.

Site crane demonstration

In the process of crane, the operator should wear safety helmet, standardize the operation, and pay attention to safety. In the process of operation, the machine should be pushed away from pedestrians in time to avoid passing over the head of pedestrians.
