Product feature and application

The product is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine ranges of 600T-1300T for take-out products and sprue. It is especially suitable for taking out medium-sized injection molding objects, such as Automatic fuse, motor bracket, relay, distribution panel cover, ignition coil, all kinds of valves, exhaust parts and so on in electronic appliances.

 

Manipulator receiving posture

Take up posture: Medium injection molding robot, push forward the forearm, close the forearm to the arch side, and use limit blocks at both ends to block the pulling beam, so that the arm can not slide. Push the transverse part so that the distance between the origin sensor and the end face of the arch incision is about 100-110cm, and lock the limit blocks at both ends of the arch surface to prevent pulling and arm sliding.
