Inspection of lubricating oil
■ Please measure the concentration of iron powder in lubricating oil of reducer for every 5,000 hours or every year (for loading and unloading purposes, 2500 hours or every six months). If it is necessary to replace the lubricating oil or reducer when it exceeds the standard value, please contact our service center.
■ During maintenance, if more than the necessary amount of lubricating oil flows out of the body, please use the lubricating oil gun to supplement the outflow part. At this time, the nozzle diameter of the lubricating oil gun used should be Φ8mm or less. When the amount of added lubricating oil is more than the outflow amount, it may lead to the leakage of lubricating oil or the poor trajectory of the robot, etc., which should be paid attention to.
■ After maintenance or refueling is completed, in order to prevent oil leakage, sealing tape must be wrapped around the lubricating oil pipe joint and the hole plug before installation. It is necessary to use a lubricating oil gun that can specify the amount of fuel. When it is impossible to prepare the oil gun that can specify the amount of oil, the amount of oil can be confirmed by measuring the change of the weight of the lubricating oil before and after the oil is added.
■ Within a short period of time after the robot has stopped, when the internal pressure rises, the lubricating oil may be ejected at the moment when the manhole screw plug is removed.
