Compared with serial robots, parallel robots have the following characteristics

(1) There is no cumulative error and high precision;

(2) The driving device can be placed on or close to the fixed platform, so that the moving part has light weight, high speed and good dynamic response.

 

Maintenance precautions

 

When repairing and replacing the parts of the control cabinet, the following precautions should be observed to ensure safe operation.

● When replacing the parts, please cut off the power once, and then start the operation after 5 minutes. (Do not open the door of the control device within 5 minutes after a power cut). In addition, do not work with wet hands.

● During maintenance and debugging, please set up warning signs and other eye-catching signs around the machine to prevent others from entering the warning area.

● The replacement operation must be carried out by the personnel who have received the training of the company's robot or school maintenance.

● It is strictly prohibited for one person to operate the handle adjusting machine while the other person is disassembling parts or staying around the machine. In principle, only one person is allowed to debug the machine.

● The operator's body (hands) and the "GND terminals" of the control device must maintain an electrical short circuit, and the operation should be carried out at the same potential.

● When replacing, do not damage the connecting cable. In addition, do not touch the electronic parts of the printed substrate and the touching parts of the circuits and connectors.

● Maintenance and debugging can only be converted to automatic test machine after manual debugging is confirmed OK.

● Please do not change or replace the original parts.
