Knowledge of product maintenance

Check the oil feed and air pipe of each friction part

1) The track, the track surface dirty tracks, arm, pull out the line track and the track track surface scars or due to lubrication grease lead to dust and other attached stolen goods, dirty tracks, will hinder the smooth operation of the machinery, please remove regularly. In addition, if the surface of the track there is a collision after the scar or other collision injuries. If the rail is found to be seriously damaged, please replace it with a new one. Check whether the oil feeding system is in good condition.

 

2) The air hose of the pipe is damaged, and the air pipe is broken, which will lead to whether the air pressure (flow) is normal. The joints or the air pipe appear the phenomenon of air leakage.

 

3) Whether the suction of the vacuum generator and its regulating device and the tracheal end of the vacuum production line device meet the requirements and whether the suction is kept at about -12.5 value. Whether the regulating valve device is in good condition and whether the airflow can be adjusted normally.
