Die-casting Manipulator is a product with a very simple design. It adopts a brand-new integrated drive and control control system, with fewer signal lines and a small footprint. Our product uses a portable handheld operating device, the parameters and function settings are clear at a glance, and the operation is simple and fast. When the arm is driving, the speed of the arm can be controlled by the knob, and it can be switched between high and low speed. Compared with other robotic arms, Die-casting Manipulator is simpler overall and uses less space.

Matters needing attention
1. Wiring operation must be carried out by professional electricians, and the operation can only start after confirming the power supply is disconnected.
2. Please install it on metal and other flame retardants and stay away from combustible materials.
3. Be sure to connect the grounding terminal with the ground wire, otherwise it will cause electric shock or fire.
4. If the external power supply is abnormal, the control system will fail. In order to make the control system work safely, please be sure to set the safety circuit outside the control system.
5. When installing the electronic board, it should avoid too close to the contactors, frequency converters and other AC devices to avoid unnecessary surge interference.
6. The installation of the controller's electric box, should have good ventilation, oil, dustproof conditions. If the electric control box is closed, it is easy to make the temperature of the controller too high, which will affect the normal work. An exhaust fan must be installed. The appropriate temperature in the electric box is below 50℃, and it should not be used in places with condensation and freezing.
