Product feature and application
The product is suitable for stamping instead of human. Compared with the common stamping 1508A robot, the structure is more suitable for high-speed stamping.
The forging process above the recrystallization temperature of metal is called hot forging. Hot forging is also called hot die forging. During forging, the deformed metal flows violently and the forging contacts with the die for a long time. Therefore, the mold materials should have high thermal stability, high temperature strength and hardness, impact toughness, heat fatigue resistance and wear resistance, and be easy to process. The hot forging die with light working load can be made of low alloy steel.

In the traditional hot forging work, workers need to transport and place high temperature metal, which is easy to be scalded by hot steam and metal block, because workers need to be distracted and pay attention to safety, which is often inefficient. The robot does not need to worry about scald in the hot forging work, and the accurate clamping placement can also reduce the machining error.
