Product description:
Packaging and palletizing robot has an extra-long arm span of 3020mm and a strong loading ability of 130kg, make it very suitable for picking and placing of the big materials or the monotonous, repetitive and long-term operation in a harsh environment, it adopts a four axis joint robot structure, and four servo motors drive the rotation of the four joint axes through a reducer. It has four degrees of freedom, namely rotation (X), lower arm (Y), upper arm (Z), and wrist rotation (W).
Features of packaging and palletizing robot
Adopting a servo motor with a reducer structure, it has small size, wide working range, fast speed, high accuracy, and can be integrated with auxiliary equipment such as turntables and slide conveyor chains for operation.
Control system handheld conversational teaching pendant is simple and easy to learn, very suitable for production.
The structural components of the robot body adopt open die components, which have good mechanical properties.
