Maintenance staff should carefully read the following safety standards before servicing the manipulator to reduce risk:
1. Please shut off the power before inspecting the injection machine.
2. Please turn off the power to the injection machine, the manipulator, and any other devices before performing any adjustments or maintenance.
3. With the exception of proximity switches, broken suction clamps, and solenoid valves that can be self-repaired, others should only be repaired by qualified professionals; do not alter them without permission.
4. Original parts should not be haphazardly changed or replaced.
5. Please pay attention to safety when adjusting or replacing the mold to prevent getting hit by the robot.
6. Before testing, please vacate the hazardous work area after modifying or fixing the robot.
Time modify:
1. In the Stop or Auto Page, Press "TIME" key can enter Time Modify page.
2. To alter the time, press the cursor keys for each step in the sequence. Once you've entered the new time, press Enter.
3. Delay time before action is the period after the action step. Until the delay time-out, the current action will be carried out.
4. If the switch to confirm is being used in the current phase of the sequence. The same amount of action time will be noted. The following action may be carried out until the action switch is confirmed after the timeout if the real action time cost exceeds the record.
