Production details:
BRTR17WDS5PCFC is a horizontal injection machines of 750T-1200T for take-out products. Manipulator’s up and down, drawing, screwing out, and screwing in are driven by AC Servo motor, with high speed and high efficiency. Productivity will be increased by 10-30% and will reduce the defective rate of products, ensure the safety of operators, reduce manpower and accurately control the output to reduce waste.
Product features and Functions of Servo driven manipulator for injection:
The product is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine ranges of 160T-380T for take-out products and sprue. It is especially suitable for taking out small injection molding objects, such as all kinds of earphone cable skin, earphone cable connector, wire skin and so on in electronic appliances.
Mounting notice:
1: Electric field-licensed workers should carry out installations.
2: Before installing, make sure the power is turned off.
3. Install on metal and keep away from combustible objects.
4. Verify the ground's safety connection.
5: The control system depends on the power supply. Avoid having contractors install controllers, transformers, and other AC accessories. Ensure that your system has a reliable power source and protection.
6: Before performing any installation, maintenance, or operation, read the manual. Operators need to be aware of the safety requirements in the mechanical and electrical fields.
7: The outside temperature is less than 50 °C. Use not permitted in cold or freezing areas.
Attention: Improper installation might result in hazard, including damage to equipment and bodily injury.
Teaching pendant using fuctions of Servo driven manipulator for injection:
1. Button function:
【Start】button：
Function 1: Press the "Start" button in the automatic state, the robot will enter the automatic running state;
Function 2: In the stop state, first press "origin" and then "start" to build the robot to find the origin;
Function 3: In the stop state, first press the "Return" key and then "Start" to build the robot to perform the return to origin operation.
2.【Stop】button：
Function 1: Under full-automatic state, press this key, the program will stop after the module runs.
Function 2: When an alarm occurs, press this key in the stop state to clear the resolved alarm display.
【Origin】button：Only used for homing operation, please refer to section 2.2.3, homing method.
【Return】button：Press the [Return] key and then press the [Start] key. All the axes follow the sequence Y1、Y2 → Z、XI、X2, Y1 and Y2 return to the origin position, and Z, X1 and X2 axes return to the starting point of the program.
【Speed+/Speed-】button：These two buttons can be used to adjust the global speed in manual and automatic.
【Emergency button】 ：Pressing the emergency stop button in an emergency will cut off the enable of all axes. The system alarms "emergency stop". After turning the knob out, press the [Stop] key to clear the alarm.
