Die-casting automatic pouring machine is a two-axis robot developed by BORUNTE. It adopts a new drive control integrated control system, with fewer signal lines and simple maintenance. It is equipped with a handy mobile hand-held operating device; the parameters and function settings are clear, and the operation is simple and fast. The whole structure is driven by a servo motor and RV Reducer, which makes the operation more stable, accurate, and efficient.
Operation Mode of die-casting automatic pouring machine：
1. Origin reversion: in order to make the robot can run correctly automatically, each time after turning on the power, must be in the state of stop origin reversion action.
2. The reset action returns the motor shaft of the driving robot to the original position. In the state of Stop, the key and then press the key can be reset to the origin, the motor axis back to the origin position, the origin can be reset after automatic operation and manual operation.
3. When the origin return, the user can not manual, automatic operation and parameter settings of the robot, in case of emergency can press the stop button to stop the origin return or press the emergency stop switch.
