Die casting ladle pouring robot is a two-axis robot developed by BORUNTE. It adopts a new drive control integrated control system, with fewer signal lines and simple maintenance. It is equipped with a handy mobile hand-held operating device; the parameters and function settings are clear, and the operation is simple and fast. The whole structure is driven by a servo motor and RV Reducer, which makes the operation more stable, accurate, and efficient.

 

 

2. Automatic opertation of die casting ladle pouring robot

 

1). Turn the switch to an automatic position and press the start control button. The arm did not retreat to the standby working position, the spoon was in the soup picking position, and the standby mode time passed. Move your arm back to the Noodles in soup and check out the different positions. Take the soup.

 

2). After the soup taking time has ended. The spoon will rise to the dripping position.

 

3). The drip timer can be completed, and the spoon can be restored to different levels of development. The arm keeps moving forward, and the high and low speed data automatically switches to pre selection standby. If standby is selected, the enterprise needs to have a command for the die-casting machine to close the signal when the arm moves forward.

 

4). Forward limited time stop, abnormal timer timing. The signal for the mold to be in place is received, and the timer for automatic soup injection and other abnormal situations ends. If there is no signal for the mold casting machine to die in its original position, go to the soup machine to retrieve the soup again.

 

5). When the pressure limit of the infusion is reached, a delay is emitted and the timing begins. At the same time, the spoon rotates into different positions at different social levels. Arm backward movement.

 

6) Return to low speed limit delay. Stop, (i.e. standby position on the furnace) the die casting ladle pouring robot movement is developing into a measuring and tilting system state. Stand by on the stove.
