BRTIRSC0603A is selective compliance articulated robot arm. While it don’t have the freedom of movement that makes articulated robots so popular, SCARA robot are still able to operate on the x, y and z axes and move in a rotary motion. Unlike articulated arms, SCARA robot are contained in a compact package, which makes them ideal for processors with limited space.

Applications :
1. The scara configuration provides substantial rigidity for the robot in the vertical direction, but flexibility in the horizontal plane. This makes it ideal for many assembly tasks, such as in the automotive and electronics industries, along with spray-painting and weld sealing applications.
2. SCARA machines are perfect for pick-and-place, assembly, inspection, packaging and dispensing, and can do their jobs quickly and with high accuracy. They are not good for duties that involve manipulating objects outside of parallel planes or reaching around objects.
