Product description:
Long arm general usage robot with a 10kg loading capacity and a 2100 mm super long arm, the robot boasts great cost performance, ease of maintenance, and practical installation. The BRTIRUS2110A can automatically load and unload, flip, and reverse work components including discs, long shafts, irregularly shaped metal plates, and other objects. It does not rely on the machine tool's controller for control, and the manipulator uses a separate control module that has no impact on how the machine tool functions. It operates steadily, has excellent stiffness, and is extremely easy to maintain. The precision of repeated placement is 0.05mm.

BRTIRUS2110A is a general-purpose six-axis robot. It has a compact shape and construction, and each joint has a high-precision reducer. Handling method:
Cranes should be used when handling robots. For the handling method, please refer to figure 4.1. First, set the robot posture according to the angle standard of the machine retracting posture, then pass the lifting belt through the lower part of the second axis, and pay attention to place the two ends of the lifting belt on both sides of the fuselage to avoid rollover. The length of the lifting belt is recommended to be 1.8m.
