Rope lifting posture:

 

Lifting posture: When handling the linear molding injection robot, we should use a crane. Before carrying and lifting, it is necessary to use a lifting rope to firmly thread the robot and control the balance distance. Only then can the robot be lifted smoothly and carried out handling operations.

 

Tie the lifting rope from the base side, close to the pulling arm side, and thread it into the end of the transverse arch.

 

Bind both ends of the arch and tie the hook. Use a lifting rope at the pulling end to hook the pulling end, restrain the pulling beam, prevent overturning, and adjust the balance state.

 

Slowly loosen the screws in the base hole and control the balance of the lifting rope.
