Requirements for installing the auto tundish die casting machine:
• During operation, the ambient temperature should range from 0 to 45 °C (32 to 113 °F), and during handling and maintenance, it should range from -10 to 60 °C (14 to 140 °F).
• Must be applied in a setting with an average elevation of 0-1000M.
• The relative humidity must be less than 10% and be below the dew point.
• Areas with less water, oil, dust, and fumes.
• Corrosive liquids and gases as well as flammable materials are not permitted in the work area.
• Areas where the robot's vibration or impact energy is minimal (vibration below 0.5G).
• Electrostatic discharge, sources of electromagnetic interference, and large electrical noise sources (like gas shielded welding (TIG) equipment) should not exist.
• There is no potential risk of collision with forklifts or other moving objects.
Auto operation of auto tundish die casting machine:
Press move to Auto，then press change to auto moving model.
