When repairing and replacing the parts of the control cabinet, the following precautions should be observed to ensure safe operation.
1. One person operating the handle adjustment machine while the other is removing components or standing close to the machine is definitely forbidden. The machine can only be debugged by one person at a time, in theory.
2. An electrical short circuit between the operator's body (hands) and the control device's "GND terminals" must be maintained, and the operation must be performed at the same potential.
3. Do not harm the connected cable when replacing. Additionally, avoid touching the printed substrate's electronic components as well as any circuits or connectors that have touching components.
4. Only after manual debugging has been confirmed to be successful can maintenance and debugging be moved to an automatic test machine.
5. Please don't modify or swap out the original components.
