Automatic general use industrial robot is a universal robot with a small footprint and design. It has an 1850mm arm length. It can perform a variety of activities, including grasping, palletizing, assembling, injection molding, and other duties. It also includes a versatile mounting technique. The level of protection is IP40 for the body and IP54 for the wrist. It also has a repeat placement accuracy of 0.05mm. A servo motor with an RV Reducer construction is used, with a broad operating range, quick speed, and good precision.

Manual operation: To manually switch, use the manual - automatic switch:


(1) Manual arm action:

When the extrusion direction is reversed, the arm returns to the soup noodles detected point. The forward or reverse action is halted when the detection bar is disconnected or detected.

 

(2) Manual injection of soup: When the next charge is switched to the (note soup) direction, the spoon will be slanted in that way. It should be noted that the soup's action position is determined by the position of the soup to be poured (forward limit) or the position of the arm low back to the noodle.
