High protection assembling robot is a light, small footprint, no noise, light and strong arm six axis robot. It’s technical specifications are 700mm arm length, 7kg loading ability, IP65 protection grade, ±0.03mm repeat positioning accuracy. It can be used in assembling/sorting/detection and other operations. Among six axis robot in a same loading ability, it has the highest level of operation speed and a wide range of operation.

BRTIRUS0707A adopts six axis joint robot structure, and six servo motors drive the rotation of six joint axes through reducer and timing belt. It has six degrees of freedom, namely rotation (x), lower arm (y), upper arm (z), wrist rotation (U), wrist swing (V) and wrist rotation (W).
BRTIRUS0707A body joint is made of high-strength aluminum to ensure the high strength, high speed, high precision and high stability of the machine.

Robot inspection test before leaving the factory:
1. Speed test. First, the speed test of the manual movement is performed in the teaching mode. When the joint mode, right angle mode, and tool coordinate coordinate mode are tested, whether the motion speed is within the standard range, and then modify the speed to see if the speed control is valid.
2. Stability test. A general test program has been written in the company. Each axis of the robot performs the maximum range of motion, and the speed is incremented step by step and then decremented step by step. After running for a certain period of time, the test machine is stable.
