Multifunctional six axis arm robot is a six-axis robot developed by BORUNTE for complex applications with multiple degrees of freedom. The maximum load is 10KG, the maximum arm length is 1500mm. Light-weight arm design, compact and simple mechanical structure, in the state of high speed movement, can be carried out in a small workspace flexible work, meet the needs of flexible production. It has six degrees of flexibility. Suitable for painting, welding, molding, stamping, forging, handling, loading, assembling, etc. It adopts HC control system. It is suitable for injection molding machine range from 200T-600T. The protection grade reaches IP54. Dust-proof and water-proof. The repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.05mm.

When handling robots, a crane should be used. For the handling method, please refer to Figure flow. Firstly, set the robot posture according to the angle standard of the receiving posture. Then, pass the lifting belt through the three-axis body and avoid the corrugated pipe. It is recommended that the length of the lifting belt be 1M. If there is a plastic bag covered, it is necessary to pierce the lifting belt on the plastic bag.

Surface rust prevention of RV reducer used in multifunctional six axis arm robot:

 

 

The RV reducer is a core component of the robot. If it is exposed to the outside for a long time or in a highly corrosive environment, the outer surface of the RV reducer will exhibit a certain degree of yellowing, rusting, and other corrosion phenomena, which will affect the appearance, lifespan, and safety of the robot. Therefore, we need to regularly maintain the RV reducer.

 

 

Wipe the outer surface of the gearbox clean with white electric oil and a clean rag to ensure that there are no corrosive liquids or solids adhering to the outer surface of the gearbox. If there is any rust, it needs to be cleaned with fine sandpaper.

 

 

After wiping clean with white electric oil, spray dry rust remover on the outer surface of the reducer. When spraying rust inhibitor, be sure not to miss or spray too little, as this may result in the rust inhibitor not having the effect of rust prevention.

 

 

Maintenance period: no more than three months.

 

 

Rust inhibitor: Hailian brand dry rust inhibitor (HIRI 725 rust inhibitor)
