Main characteristics of servo motors
1. Precision: Achieved closed-loop control of position, speed, and torque; Overcoming the problem of stepping motor out of step;
2. Speed: Good high-speed performance, generally rated speed can reach 1500-3000 rpm;
3. Adaptability: Strong overload resistance, able to withstand loads three times the rated torque, especially suitable for situations with instantaneous load fluctuations and requirements for fast starting;
4. Stability: Stable operation at low speeds, suitable for situations with high speed response requirements;
5. Timeliness: The dynamic response time of motor acceleration and deceleration is short, usually within tens of milliseconds;
6. Comfort: Fever and noise are significantly reduced.
Main characteristics of harmonic reducer
1. The transmission speed ratio is large, with a single stage harmonic gear transmission speed ratio range of 70-320.
2. High load-bearing capacity and strong rigidity.
3. The transmission accuracy is high, and the transmission error is only about 1/4 of that of ordinary cylindrical gear transmission. No backlash meshing, small transmission clearance, suitable for reverse rotation.
4. High transmission efficiency and smooth movement. (Up to 69%~96%).
5. Simple structure, fewer parts, and convenient installation.
6. Small size and light weight.
