It is necessary to develop a detailed plan for the installation of each industrial robot in combination with the actual production situation on the spot. At the same time, relevant emergency plans should be formulated to ensure that everything is comprehensive and targeted. In addition, prior to actual installation, relevant work instructions should be formulated. Specific operating procedures, operating points, required personnel, and self-inspection requirements should be specified in the work instructions, so as to provide a unified basis for the safety of industrial robot equipment. At the same time, multiple copies of the work instructions, such as the production company, supervision department, installation and commissioning department, on-site installation department, etc., should each be kept, so that if there are related problems in the future, they can be held accountable and avoid mutual wrangling problems. .

3. Cognitive execution

Mainly refers to the detailed review of each industrial robot equipment that is installed. For example, when the connecting equipment of the industrial robot is installed, the critical dimensions of the installed parts need to be reviewed in detail, so as to avoid the size Changes have caused overall rework problems. After all the industrial robot equipment is installed, a comprehensive self-inspection should be carried out.
