Maintenance staff should carefully read the following safety standards before servicing the manipulator to reduce risk:
1. Please shut off the power before inspecting the injection machine.
2. Please turn off the power to the injection machine, the manipulator, and any other devices before performing any adjustments or maintenance. Remaining force applied by the manipulator.
3. With the exception of proximity switches, broken suction clamps, and solenoid valves that can be self-repaired, others should only be repaired by qualified professionals; do not alter them without permission.
4. Original parts should not be haphazardly changed or replaced.
5. Please pay attention to safety when adjusting or replacing the mold to prevent getting hit by the robot.
6. Before testing, please vacate the hazardous work area after modifying or fixing the robot.
7. Don't activate the power or connect the manipulator's air pressure source while doing maintenance.
