One or two plate molds:
(1) Automatic demoulding
A: Clamp and take the material head, separate the material head (clamp the material head, let the finished product fall off and separate the finished product and the material head).
B: Separation of finished products in different conditions (clamping and taking the material head, picking or holding the finished product to separate the finished product and the material head).
C: Suction or hold the finished product to separate the finished product (suck or hold the finished product, let the material head fall off automatically to separate the finished product and the material head).
(2) Manual demolding
A: Clamping and reclaiming the material head (the finished product and the material head are connected together, and the finished product and the material head are manually separated after the manipulator takes it out).
B: Absorb or hold the finished product (the finished product is connected with the material head, and the robot is used to suck or hold the finished product).
C: Clamp and take the material head, suck or hold the finished product (the finished product and the material head have been separated when the finished product and the material head are ejected from the injection machine.
After taking it out with a manipulator, the material head and the finished product can be placed in different places respectively).
Two and three board molds:
(1) The finished product can fall off automatically, but the material head cannot fall off automatically
A: Clamp and take the material head, the finished product will fall off automatically, and separate the finished product and the material head (single-arm manipulator).
B: The finished product arm sucks or holds the finished product, the material head arm clamps the material head, and the robot separates the finished product from the material head (double-arm robot).
(2) The finished product and the material head can not fall off automatically
A: The finished product arm sucks or holds the finished product, and the material head arm clamps the material head. Use a manipulator to separate the finished product from the material head (two-arm manipulator).
B: The material head arm clamps and takes the material head, and the finished product arm sweeps down the finished product to achieve automatic demoulding mode, separating the finished product and the material head.
Reminder: When using a manipulator, if there is an undercut on the finished product, the undercut shall be taken out directly after ejection without affecting the finished product.
Therefore, when developing a mold, it should be considered whether the product is suitable to be taken out by a robot.
