1、 How to classify industrial robots by use

The industrial robot is an automatic, position-controllable and programmable multi-functional manipulator. This kind of manipulator can handle various materials, parts, tools and special devices by means of editing programs to perform various tasks. It is divided into the following categories according to its different uses:

BORUNTE ROBOT used in assembling

(1). Manually operate the robot. It is a multi-degree of freedom device operated by the operator.

(2). Fixed sequence robot. It is difficult to modify the execution order of the equipment that performs tasks in sequence according to the predetermined unchanged method and steps.

(3). Variable sequence robot. Similar to the second category, but the order can be modified.

(4). Playback robot. The operator guides the robot to perform tasks manually. After recording these actions, the robot repeats them. In short, the robot repeats the same actions according to the recorded information.

(5). CNC robot. The operator provides motion programs for the robot and does not need manual teaching to perform tasks.

(6). Intelligent robot. Such robots have the ability to perceive the external environment, and can successfully complete the work content even if the working environment changes.

2、 Sensing system and control system of industrial robot

In this section, let's have a detailed understanding of the sensing system and control system of industrial robots. The contents are as follows:

1). Feeling part

The sense part is like the five senses of human beings, which provides the sense for the robot to work and helps the robot to work more accurately. This part can be divided into two systems:

(1). Sensory system

The sensing system is composed of internal sensor module and external sensor module, which is used to obtain meaningful information in the internal and external environment state. Intelligent sensors can improve the mobility, adaptability and intelligence of robots. For some special information, the sensitivity of the sensor can even surpass the human sensory system.

(2). Robot-environment interaction system

The robot-environment interaction system is a system that realizes the interaction and coordination between industrial robots and equipment in the external environment. The industrial robot and external equipment are integrated into a functional unit, such as processing and manufacturing unit, welding unit, assembly unit, etc. It can also be multiple robots, multiple machine tools or multiple parts storage devices integrated into a functional unit capable of performing complex tasks.

2). Control part

The control part is equivalent to the brain part of the robot, which can control the robot's actions directly or manually. The control part can also be divided into two systems:

(1). Human-computer interaction system

Human-machine interaction system is a device that enables operators to participate in robot control and communicate with robots, such as standard terminals of computers, command consoles, information display boards, hazard signal alarms, teaching boxes, etc. In brief, the system can be divided into two parts: the command giving system and the information display device.

(2). Control system

The control system is mainly based on the robot's operation instruction program and the signal feedback from the sensor to control the actuator to complete the specified movement and function. According to the control principle, the control system can be divided into program control system, adaptive control system and artificial intelligence control system. According to the form of motion, the control system can be divided into point control system and trajectory control system.
