The palletizing robot is a product of the organic combination of machinery and computer programs. Providing higher production efficiency for modern production. Stacking machines have a wide range of applications in the palletizing industry. The palletizing robot greatly saves labor and space. The stacking robot operates flexibly and accurately, is fast and efficient, has high stability, and has high work efficiency.

The palletizing robot system adopts patented coordinate robots, which occupy flexible and compact installation space. The idea of building an efficient and energy-saving fully automatic block forming machine production line within a small footprint has become a reality.

Introduction

With the continuous development of China's economy and the rapid progress of science and technology, robots have been widely used in industries such as palletizing, gluing, spot welding, arc welding, spraying, transportation, and measurement.

There are many reasons, including the type of packaging, factory environment, and customer needs, that turn palletizing into a difficult bone to gnaw at in a packaging factory. In order to overcome these difficulties, various aspects of palletizing equipment are being developed and improved, including from robotic arms to software for manipulating it. The growing demand for flexibility in the market has affected multiple aspects of packaging, including the later stages of production lines. Retail customers, especially those influential supermarkets such as WalMart, often need to customize some random pallets, but they have to customize each pallet, and the form of pallets is only occasionally repeated. Moreover, efficient production of such random pallets is relatively difficult.

Characteristics

1. Simple structure with few components. Therefore, the failure rate of components is low, their performance is reliable, and maintenance is simple. The required inventory components are low.

2. Small footprint. It is beneficial for the layout of the production line in the customer's factory and allows for a larger warehouse area. Palletizing robots can be set up in narrow spaces for effective use.

3. Strong applicability. When the size, volume, shape, and overall dimensions of the customer's product change, only slight modifications need to be made on the touch screen, which will not affect the normal production of the customer. The modification of mechanical palletizing machines is quite troublesome and even impossible to achieve.

4. Low energy consumption. Usually, the power of a mechanical palletizing machine is around 26KW, while the power of a palletizing robot is around 5KW. Greatly reducing customer operating costs.

5. All controls can be operated on the control cabinet screen, and the operation is very simple.

6. Simply locate the starting point and placement point, and the teaching method is simple and easy to understand.

Operational Principle

The palletizing robot runs the fixture directly above the material positioning position through the coordination of each axis. When the material positioning signal is sent out, the fixture moves downward through the servo motor control. When the height of the material held by the fixture is reached, the descent stops, the end fixture opens, the material is picked up, and the servo motor reverses. After the fixture is raised to a safe height, the material is sent to the palletizing position through the customer's preset program, and the fixture is opened, Code the material into the designated location.

By repeating the actions, the palletizing robot automatically stacks the products in bags, boxes, or other packaging shapes conveyed by the conveyor according to the customer's process requirements into piles, which can be stacked in multiple layers. The buzzer alarms to remind that the stacking has been completed, and then pushes them out for easy transportation by forklift to the warehouse for storage.

The entire working process of the stacking robot can set the running speed and acceleration of the X-axis and Y-axis of the guide rail, reduce the running time of the X-axis and Y-axis of the guide rail, and improve efficiency. At the same time, it can also install conveyor belts along the X-direction of the guide rail, forming an assembly line mode, greatly improving production efficiency.

Stacking robots are a common type of industrial robots, and their end effectors are replaced to achieve different functions such as welding, loading and unloading, spraying, handling, and cutting. They are widely used in the food industry, beverage industry, breeding, medical industry, chemical industry, building materials, automotive manufacturing, and many other industries.
