Driven by the principles of "product first, quality first, service upgrade, and efficiency improvement", BORUNTE has always been committed to creating a more valuable robot brand. To meet the application needs of customers in multiple scenarios, we continue to launch efficient and practical intelligent tooling equipment.
What we are introducing to you this time is BORUNTE's self-developed tooling series-3D line laser camera.
Traditional robot operations are often limited by the lack of visual perception:
Materials stacked in disorder cannot be accurately located,
Products of different specifications require repeated program debugging,
Small-scale fine grasping is prone to deviation,
The field of vision for large-scale assignments is insufficient.
And the BORUNTE 3D line laser camera can perfectly solve this pain point by using 3D visual recognition technology to equip robots with "eyes", making automated production more flexible and accurate.

Two versions with full scene coverage: We have launched two versions of the 3D line laser camera, the "Standard" and "Ultra High Range" versions, targeting different job scopes and accuracy requirements, covering various applications from small range fine grasping to large range high-level palletizing.
Version 1: 130 standard range for capturing and withdrawing funds
Advantages: Small size, easy deployment, precise grasping for greater stability and accuracy. Adopting a compact design, it is easy to quickly install and deploy in narrow production lines or crowded workstations.
This camera has the core advantage of being compact and flexible, with a lightweight body that can easily integrate into a compact production layout. Its work range is precisely locked at 500-1500mm, and it can accurately identify various products within 1m. Coupled with an intelligent grasping platform, it can automatically identify multiple types of grasping points, complete positioning and grasping without manual intervention, and adapt to BORUNTE robots to complete grasping, handling, palletizing and other operations, significantly reducing manual input.
Applied to small-scale palletizing and unpacking, disorderly grabbing, and end-of-line sorting.

Version 2: 620 Ultra High Range Withdrawal Capture
Advantages: Large field of view, long-range recognition, and a one-stop solution for high-level/large-scale scenes.
Having a larger work range and field of view, it can easily cover complex sites such as high stacking and large volume materials. When facing large cargo or open workspaces, this camera's advantage of a wide field of view is fully demonstrated. The scope of work has been expanded to 1400-3600mm, and products with a maximum height of 2.2m can be recognized. Heavy loaded materials such as large cardboard boxes, rice bags, and bagged chemical raw materials can be clearly "seen" and accurately grasped.
It is worth mentioning that the intelligent grasping platform it is paired with supports drag and drop programming, making the operation simple and intuitive. The natural learning function does not require repeated training, and template import can be quickly deployed, making it easy for even beginners to get started. Widely applicable to large-scale palletizing and unpacking scenarios in warehousing, logistics, the chemical industry, etc., doubling the efficiency of robot operations.
Both versions have their own strengths. Regardless of the industrial scenario, users can flexibly choose according to the on-site space, stacking height, and material size. Whether it is a large-scale high-level scene or a small-scale fine scene, it can make the robot "visible, accurate, and efficient".
