Specifically, in November, the added value of industries above designated size actually increased by 2.2% year-on-year (the growth rate of added value is the actual growth rate excluding price factors). On a month on month basis, the added value of industries above designated size fell 0.31% in November compared with the previous month. From January to November, the added value of industries above designated size increased by 3.8% year on year.

In terms of three categories, in November, the added value of the mining industry increased by 5.9% year on year, the manufacturing industry increased by 2.0%, and the production and supply of electricity, heat, gas and water decreased by 1.5%.
By economic type, in November, the added value of state-owned holding enterprises increased by 2.2% year on year; Joint stock enterprises increased by 4.0%, and foreign-invested enterprises and enterprises from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan declined by 3.7%; Private enterprises grew by 1.6%.
By industry, in November, the added value of 20 of the 41 major industries maintained year-on-year growth. Among them, general equipment manufacturing decreased by 0.9%, special equipment manufacturing increased by 2.3%, automobile manufacturing increased by 4.9%, railway, ship, aerospace and other transportation equipment manufacturing decreased by 2.9%, electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing increased by 12.4%, computer, communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing decreased by 1.1%, and power and heat production and supply industries decreased by 1.0%.
