Reviewing the golden decade of Chinese robotics, the Chinese robotics industry has shown strong vitality.
Among them, while the number of "thousand level" players continues to increase, three companies have also become members of the "Ten Thousand" Club, which is a milestone in the development of China's robotics industry.

Collaborative robots have leaped from an obscure track to one of the rapidly developing subfields of industrial robots, entering a critical period of industrial development, and further testing the comprehensive abilities of collaborative players.
Although there have been minor fluctuations in the new energy industry, it has ultimately ushered in an explosive period and become a new engine for the development of robots.
More and more players are entering the humanoid robot market, which is expected to further promote the development of humanoid robots. At that time, the robot industry chain will be the first to benefit.
From occupying land as the king and striving to compete with foreign brands to going global, the strength of Chinese robot enterprises has increased, and the globalization layout has accelerated.
Before 2017, foreign brands dominated the Chinese market, and domestic robots struggled to survive in the cracks.
At that time, the industry was still discussing which domestic robot body enterprise could "exceed a thousand units" in terms of shipment volume.
With the maturity of domestic robot manufacturing technology, the improvement of supply chain systems, and the initial formation of industrial collaboration and division of labor advantages, the number of enterprises that have achieved over a thousand units has rapidly increased. Since 2017, multiple enterprises have entered the "Thousand Units Club".
It took five years for domestic robot ontology enterprises to move from "a thousand units" to "ten thousand units".
In 2021, there were enterprises in the Chinese robot industry with an annual shipment volume of over 10,000 units. In 2022, BORUNTE also announced his entry into the "Ten Thousand Club", and the number of thousand-level players increased to over 30.
It can be observed that the domestic robot industry has gained market recognition with a visible growth rate, which also means that the gap between domestic robot brands and international brands in product reliability, stability, and other performance indicators is gradually narrowing, and the substitutability of domestic robots is further strengthened.
However, it is worth noting that the robot industry is cyclical, and there is still a huge blue ocean market between market demand and existing technology. We need everyone to work together to break the constraints of foreign brands, while also promoting the rapid growth of China's industrial robot industry.

A craze for collaborative robots has emerged
After 2013, collaborative robots have emerged in China. In 2014, multiple foreign industrial robot manufacturers successively launched collaborative robot products, and the concept of collaborative robots began to become popular in the robot industry.
From 2015 to 2017, China's collaborative robot industry began to enter the stage of cultivation and education, with several entrepreneurial enterprises emerging; At the same time, enterprises in the robot industry chain have also begun to lay out collaborative robots. The collaborative robot track is beginning to usher in its first wave of small heat waves.
From 2018 to 2019, China's collaborative robot industry began to enter a rapid market-oriented stage, with manufacturers launching new products almost every year. Product iteration accelerated, and domestic manufacturers gradually emerged.
Since 2020, more and more domestic and foreign enterprises have begun to enter the field of collaborative robots. Collaborative robots have also been continuously deepening in various downstream applications, and the industry penetration rate has continued to increase. At the same time, collaborative robots have become one of the fastest-growing sub-areas of industrial robots.
According to GGII statistics, in 2022, the shipment volume of six-axis and above collaborative robots in China was 19500 units, with a market size of approximately 2.153 billion yuan. It is expected that by 2026, the shipment volume of six-axis and above collaborative robots in China will be close to 60000 units.
At present, in the Chinese market, the share of domestic collaborative robot manufacturers has exceeded 70%, further enhancing their competitiveness.
From the early accumulation of technology, to the gradual implementation of applications, and finally to the gradual enhancement and improvement of self-hematopoietic ability, collaborative robot enterprises are entering the next stage of development. GGII predicts that by 2026, global sales of collaborative robots will reach 180000 units, and the market size will be close to 23 billion yuan. The vast market tests the comprehensive capabilities of enterprises. Collaborative robot enterprises need to truly return to landing applications and value creation, meet user needs, and jointly promote the healthy development of the industry.
