Smart agriculture, unmanned farms are being realized

 

No one sows, fertilizes and sprays, and harvests. These agricultural dreams will soon come true in Shuanglou Village, Zhaoqiao Township, Qiaocheng District, Bozhou City. Recently, Luo Xiwen, an academician of the CAE Member, led a team to Bozhou City and signed the cooperation agreement on the construction of unmanned farm in Qiaocheng District of Bozhou City with Qiaocheng District, which was the first pilot base for the construction of “unmanned farm” in the province.

 

The “Unmanned Farm” in this area was jointly built by Academician Luo Xiwen’s team, Zhongke Perception Company and Qiaocheng District Agricultural Investment Company, supported by “big data, Internet of Things, mobile Internet, cloud computing”, with agricultural intelligent equipment (robots) as the means, and with the goal of unmanned, fewer people, accurate and intelligent agricultural production in the whole process.

Remote control can design lines for unmanned rotary tiller to automatically cultivate land; The underground intelligent irrigation system can provide water for crops on time and in quantity; The monitoring system monitors the growth of crops in real time. If problems are found, fertilizer and medicine can be applied accurately according to different situations. Scientific field management can also avoid the damage to the ecological environment caused by flood, fertilizer and medicine in the past.

 

“Unmanned farm” is a production mode of smart agriculture. It has five characteristics, including full coverage of farming, management and production links, full automation of hangar field transfer operations, automatic obstacle avoidance and abnormal parking to ensure safety, real-time full monitoring of crop production process, and intelligent decision-making precision operations, which help to improve the modernization level of agricultural industry and promote rural revitalization.
